Cyril.....WHERE will you turn up next?

The Robertino DeAngelis trial is now going on here in Pittsburgh. Guess who the accused 'expert witness' happens to be? Yep. Dr. Cyril Wecht is testifying about the 'fine points of hammer wielding'.

The doctor doesn't believe, in his 'expert' opinion, that the victim was hit with a hammer. The blows would have been more severe, says he.

(Or the accused was just a lousy assailant and the victim too fast, says me.)

Or...what the hell.....if not a hammer, I really don't give a damn. A ROCK, BRASS KNUCKLES, A PIPE....WHO THE HELL CARES? Is this a game of "Clue" for cripes sakes? "I'll say....Roberto DeAngelis....with a hammer.....by the trolley tracks." "No. Sorry."

"That's the wrong weapon. Mr. DeAngelis skates free on a minor charge of 'assault and battery', not the attempted f_cking murder Grand Prize we could have given him, except for this niggling little problem with the hammer. Guess the girl and the community loses."

Now why does it not surprise me in the least that Cyril Wecht has shown up in this media circus?

Kennedy assassination....Jon Benet Ramsey...rubbing elbows with Geraldo Rivera.....in other words, attach the media-- and a good sized price tag to it, the ass is there.

(That 'weapon-slinging' defendant's defense team must have on one BIG DAMN BUDGET! Wow!)



Lest we forget, folks............this is the same Cyril Wecht who gave 'expert testimony' in the ALIEN AUTOPSY hoax film back in 1995



I think it's important to bear that in mind.

So...

an interrupted crime in which the young man flees and throws himself in front of an oncoming trolley, grazed by the 'cow-catcher', suffering a broken wrist (sounds more like he thought he could beat the trolley across the tracks and get away)-

so this-- 'accused'-- whose backpack that day contained "in addition to the separately recovered hammer/alleged murder weapon– duct tape, box cutter and a large knife among other items" - (this sound like school stuff to you?)- well this young man is now being championed by well-paid, media heat-seeking missile, Doctor Cyril Wecht.

And the good doctor has set the record straight.

The good doctor thinks a hammer was not the weapon used.

And to this I say-

'WHO THE F_CK CARES what he hit her with? HE HIT HER, INTENDED GROSS HARM' -(or death) -and I want this out-of-control son of parents who can afford the likes of celebrity Wecht sentenced for the crime he was caught committing!

What's so hard about that???
