Judge Anthony Mariani is a MORON!

WTF???? A teen with "explosive anger disorder"- known to have punched his mother and father, to have threatened to burn down the family home- and on October 31st, 2007 the now 17 year old Robertino DeAngelis, attacked his former girlfriend with A HAMMER and would have KILLED HER, had it not been for the intervention of a passing good Samaritan.

READ ABOUT IT HERE. Does that sound like a 'juvenile offender' to you? Does that sound like someone who deserves to have his criminal history EXPUNGED on his 21st birthday, able to walk the neighborhoods around you, free as a bird.......this rabid thing?

Have we learned NOTHING from the prior behavioral history of Poplawski? Do We not know how to protect ourselves? More to the point, does Judge Anthony Mariani HAVE THE RIGHT to release this sort of out-of-control offender BACK into the population, slap on the wrist, no record of his wrong-doing on his 21st birthday? How LONG do we have to wait to have this sort of fella "rehabilitated"?

Let me tell you how long......this is one sick F*CK, and his brain is functioning differently than yours or mine. No, Robertino-- not even with a hammer could sense be knocked into you: you are mentally ill. You committed a heinous crime and yes, you should be held accountable as an adult, crazy offender for your attempted homicide.
